Billingford is a village close to the River Waveny, 4 miles East of Diss. It has a mill, which was the last working wind powered windmill to work commercially in Norfolk. In 2004 the mill became the property of the Norfolk Windmills Trust and was built in red brick by W Skinner in 1859/1860.
