Beeston

Beeston is in West Norfolk, between Dereham and Swaffham. Its church, St Mary’s, was built in the 14th century and has 48 houses that date back to the 1600’s. During the Second World War Beeston provided sleeping and eating quarters for American airmen whose runways were in Wendling. It has football and cricket teams as well as a social club.
