Belaugh village, Norfolk

Belaugh is a quiet village that is mentioned in the Doomsday Book. It is 7 miles north east of Norwich, nestling in a bend of the River Bure. The village church, St Peter, stands on a hill overlooking the river. There have been reports of paranormal sightings of a woman dressed in white, waiting for what is thought to be her Viking husband, by the river edge.
