The south Norfolk village of Caistor St Edmund is a small village on the east side of the River Tas, It is 3 miles south of Norwich and was once Norfolk’s capital. Nearby are the remains of a Roman market town and capital of the Iceni tribe. These ruins are now in the care of the Norfolk Archaeological Trust.
