Hempstead (near Eccles)- The small rural village of Hempstead is on the north Norfolk coastline, close to the seaside destinations of Eccles-next-the-Sea and Sea Palling. Hempstead church, St Andrew, is a pretty church that is surrounded by fields in a remote location.

Hempstead (near Holt) - The quiet village of Hempstead is located 2 miles south east of Holt and 6 miles south west of the town of Sherringham. Its quiet lanes and winding narrow roads make it in an ideal place to explore on foot or by bicycle. Hempstead church, All Saints, stands in the centre of the village and is an interesting building with a part thatched roof.
