Scratby village, Norfolk

The village of Scratby lies on the coast and is 6 miles north of the popular seaside destination of Great Yarmouth. Scratby has a choice of holiday accommodation, a mini market, post office, antique centre and bookmakers. During the summer months there is also a bistro, swimming pool and a variety of entertainment. In 1848 a significant quantity of 16th century coins were discovered at the foot of one of the cliffs in Scratby.
