Swimming is a great way to improve fitness, burn calories, tone up and relax. It is a low impact exercise meaning there is less risk of injury, it will improve flexibility and is great for rehabilitation. Norwich and Norfolk Terriers are the smallest of the terrier breeds, standing at around 10 inches, 25cm. Originally bred to be ratters, they are today both more commonly companion breeds, with friendly dispositions.
