Anglia Karting Centre is on land that was once part of the RAF North Pickenham Station and constructed for the United States Army Air Force in 1943. Located on the outskirts of Swaffham, in the heart of Norfolk, it has two outdoor racetracks which can also be combined to make a 1030-meter circuit. Catering for adults and junior racers aged 8 and above (minimum height of 4ft 4″), visitors are sure to have an adrenaline fuelled day of exciting racing.

Their Track Drive Experience is perfect for those who have never driven a go kart before. Receive tuition and learn the basics of go karting before driving one of their 200cc go karts. Hire of all the safety equipment is included.

Anglia Karting Centre’s Track Race Experience is for those who have previous karting experience. Race their 200cc race karts to see where you qualify, take your place on the grid according to where you qualified before embarking on an endurance race. Breakdown of lap times will be provided as will medals for the top 3 finishers.

Arrive and Drive at Anglia Karting – Adult karts have 200cc Honda engines and 160cc Honda engines for children (which can be further limited for those youngsters who are just starting out). Their Arrive and Drive karts are capable of top speeds in excess of 30mph and all safety equipment is supplied.

Anglia Karting Centre’s Kids Klub offers children the opportunity to get behind the wheel of a go kart, learn about throttle control, braking, racing lines and overtaking and putting this knowledge into practice.

Group Racing is popular at Anglia Karting Centre – there is nothing better than beating friends or colleagues on the racetrack.
