
Cockley Cley village, Norfolk
The small village of Cockley Cley can be found near to the town of Swaffham and Thetford Forrest Park. The village church at Cockley Cley, St Mary’s, which was built around 628AD, is thought to be the oldest church in the country. Cockley Cley has a reconstruction of an Iceni village, which would have existed some 2000 years ago, and is a popular tourist attraction.
