
Fersfield village, Norfolk
Fersfield is 4 miles north west of Diss and is a peaceful village that lies off the main road into Diss. The village is famous for having been the home of Francis Blomefield, the 18th century historian who was also rector here for 25 years until he died of small pox in 1752.
