Gorleston on Sea
Gorleston-on-Sea lies next to the town of Great Yarmouth, on the Norfolk coast. It is close to the Norfolk Broads and within easy reach of the city of Norwich. Gorleston-on-Sea was the centre of the herring fishing industry and in Edwardian times, it was a very popular seaside resort. Today Gorleston-on-Sea's beach is still considered one of the best, and regularly achieves the 'Blue Flag' status.
