Norfolk Farmhouse Gins

Located in the beautiful Breckland district of rural Norfolk, Walnut Tree Distillery produces gin that is made in small batches and distilled in custom made milk churn stills on the family farm.  Containing botanicals that have been hand-picked on the farm, they use natural spring water from their own well.

All Norfolk Farmhouse Gins contain their signature ingredient, the walnut, that is hand-picked from the trees that surround their home and give the distillery its name. Sourcing as many of their ingredients as possible from the rich and abundant Norfolk countryside, their gins take their inspiration from the plants and flowers commonly found in the gardens and hedgerows of this beautiful and historic county meaning each and every bottle they produce contains a little bit of Norfolk.

They currently produce 5 varieties, Norfolk Farmhouse Dry, light and refreshing to be enjoyed in a classic G&T, with traditional juniper, and notes of Norfolk lavender and home-grown walnuts. Their Norfolk Farmhouse Sloe Gin is rich and fruity and makes a great topper in a glass of Prosecco. Norfolk Farmhouse Pink is based on their dry gin, with the addition of raspberries to the distillation botanicals to create a subtle fruit flavour. Norfolk Farmhouse Spiced Gin is their dry gin with added nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and a little bit of chilli.  Norfolk Farmhouse Rose is made by soaking their dry gin with edible rose petals to create this subtly fragrant spirit.
